Ben Williams is the founder and President of Red Dot Real Estate, LLC and Red Dot Property Management, which he started back in 2015. Based in Kirkland, Washington, Ben brings years of hands-on experience in property management to the Greater Seattle and Bellevue area. He’s been in the real estate game since 2001, and it shows—his career has been all about helping people navigate the world of property management and real estate brokerage.

On top of that, Ben knows what it’s like to be an investor. He once put $35k into a rental property in Oklahoma, handled the renovation and management himself, and eventually sold it for $115k. That kind of real-world experience gives him a unique edge. He’s not just talking the talk—he’s walked the walk.
